GSH-A 10-12.5m Draw wire sensor

Gefran, Inc Hall: F Stand: 185
GSH-A is a draw wire position sensor with integrated angle measurement, compact and robust, designed for linear position and inclination measurement in mobile machines and off-highway equipment. Based on non-contact Hall-effect technology, it ensures stable measurement performance, high repeatability and long-term reliability, eliminating wear of the sensing element.

The sensor enables combined measurement of linear position (strokes from 10 to 12.5 m) and angular position (± 180°), allowing multiple variables to be monitored simultaneously with a single device. It can be easily integrated even in space-constrained installations and is typically used for controlling the position and inclination of telescopic booms, lifting systems and articulated structures.

Designed to operate in harsh environments, GSH-A withstands shock, vibration and demanding EMC conditions typical of off-highway machines. It is available with CANopen and CANopen Safety digital outputs, enabling flexible integration into modern control systems.

GSH-A is available with architectures certified for functional safety up to SIL2 (EN IEC 62061, IEC/EN 61508) and Performance Level d – PL d (EN ISO 13849-1 Category 2), supporting safety applications in mobile machines.
