The PA-01 is a compact electric linear actuator designed for applications where installation space, configurable force, and DC operation are important. Available in 12 VDC and 24 VDC configurations, it offers stroke lengths from 1 to 40 inches and dynamic force options from 16 to 225 lb. Depending on the selected force configuration, no-load speeds range from 0.28 to 3.54 in./sec, with full-load speeds from 0.20 to 2.95 in./sec.

Its IP65-rated construction provides protection against dust and water ingress, with suitability for harsh outdoor exposure when static. The PA-01 uses a Grade 45 steel stroke rod and an aluminum alloy 6062 housing. It also features built-in, non-adjustable limit switches, an ACME screw, a brushed DC motor, and a 25% duty cycle.

Standard configurations use a 2-pin Molex Mini-Fit Jr. connector, while optional Hall effect and potentiometer feedback configurations are available for applications requiring position feedback. This range of voltage, force, stroke, speed, and feedback options gives engineers flexibility when selecting an actuator for a specific motion-control requirement.
