The PA-03 Linear Actuator provides dependable electric linear motion for applications requiring high force with efficient power consumption. Operating at 12 VDC, it is available in 200 lb and 600 lb dynamic and static force configurations with stroke lengths ranging from 4 to 24 inches.

Performance varies by force configuration. The 200 lb model reaches 1.60 in./sec with no load and 0.86 in./sec at full load, drawing up to 9.0 A at full load. The 600 lb configuration operates at 0.31 in./sec with no load and 0.19 in./sec at full load, with a maximum full-load current of 7.6 A.

The PA-03 features an aluminum alloy stroke rod and housing, an ACME screw, polyformaldehyde gears, a brushed DC motor, and built-in non-adjustable limit switches. It is rated IP43, operates from -25°C to 65°C, produces less than 45 dBA of operating noise, and has a 20% duty cycle. A 2-pin Molex Mini-Fit Jr. connector supports straightforward integration with compatible control systems.
