The 400 lb configuration reaches 0.51 in./sec with no load and 0.35 in./sec at full load. The 900 lb configuration operates at approximately 0.26–0.27 in./sec with no load and 0.16 in./sec at full load. Maximum full-load current ranges from 4 A to 8 A depending on voltage and force configuration.
Built-in proprietary Hall effect feedback enables synchronization, speed control, and position control when integrated with compatible control systems. This is particularly useful in applications where multiple actuators must travel together at the same speed or where controlled positioning is required.
The PA-04-HS features IP66 environmental protection, an operating temperature range of -25°C to 65°C, operating noise below 45 dBA, and a 20% duty cycle. Construction includes an aluminum alloy stroke rod and housing, an ACME screw, a brushed DC motor, built-in non-adjustable limit switches, and a 6-pin Molex Mini-Fit Jr. connector.
