The PA-04 Linear Actuator combines high-speed electric linear motion, low operating noise, and IP66 environmental protection for demanding indoor and outdoor applications. It is available in 12 VDC and 24 VDC configurations with stroke lengths from 2 to 40 inches. Force options include 100 lb and 400 lb, depending on the selected voltage and configuration.

The 100 lb configuration reaches speeds of up to 2.80 in./sec with no load and 2.16 in./sec at full load. The 12 VDC 400 lb configuration operates at 0.98 in./sec with no load and 0.78 in./sec at full load. Maximum full-load current is 12 A for the 12 VDC configurations and 6 A for the 24 VDC 100 lb configuration.

Its IP66-rated housing provides complete protection against dust ingress and protection from powerful water exposure. The PA-04 operates across a temperature range of -25°C to 65°C and at less than 45 dBA, with a 20% duty cycle. Construction includes an aluminum alloy stroke rod and housing, an ACME screw, brushed DC motor, built-in non-adjustable limit switches, and a 2-pin Molex Mini-Fit Jr. connector.

An optional Hall effect feedback configuration is available for applications requiring position feedback and synchronized actuator operation. This can support more advanced automated positioning systems where multiple actuators need coordinated movement.

The PA-04 is used across automotive, manufacturing, and other automation applications.
