The PA-HD2-HALL Feedback High Load Linear Actuator combines high-force electric linear motion with integrated Hall Effect position feedback. Available in 12 VDC and 24 VDC configurations, it delivers up to 2,023 lb of dynamic push and pull force and up to 2,698 lb of static holding force, with stroke lengths ranging from 4 to 40 inches.

Both voltage configurations operate at 0.26 in./sec with no load and 0.24 in./sec at full load. Maximum full-load current is 14 A for the 12 VDC configuration and 7 A for the 24 VDC configuration, making appropriate electrical and control-system sizing important during integration.

The integrated Hall Effect sensor provides positional feedback when paired with a compatible control system, making the PA-HD2-HALL useful for applications where high force and position awareness are required. This differentiates it from the standard PA-HD2 configuration, which does not include Hall Effect feedback.

The PA-HD2-HALL features IP67 ingress protection against dust and water submersion while the actuator is static. Its construction includes a SUS304 stainless steel stroke shaft, aluminum alloy housing, metal gearing, an ACME screw, brushed DC motor, mechanical slip-clutch overload protection, and built-in non-adjustable limit switches. It operates across a temperature range of -10°C to 65°C with a 20% duty cycle.

Progressive Automations identifies the PA-HD2-HALL for applications in agriculture, manufacturing, renewable energy, and industrial automation. Its combination of high force, 12/24 VDC operation, environmental protection, and Hall Effect position feedback makes it relevant for engineers and OEMs evaluating controlled electric positioning and heavy-duty automation systems.

Due to its high current draw and Hall Effect feedback requirements, compatible control components should be selected according to the voltage, current, and feedback requirements of the application.
