Pulse Mini Inverter: Wide-Voltage Performance in a Tiny Footprint
Its wide
50 to 850 VDC operating range gives developers freedom across low- and
high-voltage architectures, from emerging electric platforms to more
established 800 V-class systems. The inverter delivers 115 ARMS continuous
motor current and 150 ARMS peak motor current, with a peak efficiency of up to
99.7% under defined operating conditions. In a 200 x 267 x 73 mm housing with a
volume of 4 liters, the Pulse Mini S95 reaches 24 kW/liter steady-state power
density and 26 kW/liter peak power density.
Beyond
the power stage, the Pulse Mini S95 integrates the elements needed for a clean
and controlled system design: DC-link capacitor, EMI filter, liquid cooling,
resolver interface, motor temperature measurement, low-voltage battery
interface, HVIL and digital I/O. Communication is supported through CAN
Flexible Data Rate, high-speed CAN, programming and configuration via CAN, with
optional CAN 2.0 A/B, CANopen and J1939.
On the
software side, the inverter supports SVPWM and DPWM modulation, field-oriented
control, high control-loop and switching frequencies, flux weakening, optimized
dead-time compensation, improved total harmonic distortion and reduced
HVDC-link voltage ripple. This makes the Pulse Mini S95 not just a small
inverter, but a finely tuned drive-control platform, ready to help engineers
move faster from concept to reliable electrification.
