TURCK's QR20 Inclinometer with CANopen
The QR20 combines MEMS accelerometer and gyroscope technologies through sensor fusion, providing dependable inclination measurement even in dynamic mobile applications. With no moving parts, positioning elements, or metal targets required, the sensor offers a robust, wear-free solution for measuring machine and component position.
CANopen communication enables straightforward integration into mobile equipment control architectures, while a wide 8 to 36 VDC power supply range provides flexibility across vehicle platforms.
Installation is also simplified with TURCK’s patented level function, helping operators quickly establish the sensor reference position without complex mechanical alignment.
Ideal applications include:
- Chassis leveling for accurate machine positioning on uneven terrain
- Boom arm angle measurement for continuous position feedback
- Outrigger position monitoring to support machine setup and operation
- Tip and tilt monitoring for mobile machinery
- Rotation and attachment position measurement
By combining rugged, non-contact inclination sensing with CANopen connectivity, the QR20 gives mobile equipment designers a cost-effective way to add reliable position feedback directly to the machine control network.
