Hydraulic noise is a pervasive problem in both off-highway and industrial hydraulics. As the off-highway sector becomes increasingly electrified, the problem of hydraulic noise has become more important to address. This session will cover two basic principles of noise control engineering along with a brief overview of two technologies that are available to mitigate hydraulic noise.
