Caplugs will be at the expo to introduce its latest innovation in hose protection – the ABRA Safe-Spiral from Safeplast, labeled the SPAB Series. Designed with safety and performance in mind, this advanced hose wrap takes the guesswork out of wear detection.

The black exterior reveals a bright yellow inner layer as it wears down, acting as a built-in visual indicator for maintenance teams and allowing them to spot wear before it becomes a problem.

Crafted from durable HDPE with smooth, rounded edges, the SPAB Series is easy to install and non-abrasive to hoses. Engineered with anti-static and UV-resistant additives, it’s ready for rugged environments and extreme conditions.

The wrap is temperature resistant from -51°C to +79°C. It resists acids, oils and solvents, and is anti-static and UV protected.
