Andres is a mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago with expertise in hydraulic pumps, electrohydraulic integration and advanced fluid power technologies. At Settima USA, he plays a central role in the development of high-efficiency hydraulic and electrohydraulic systems, and delivers engineering solutions that push the boundaries of performance and sustainability. Andres works closely with next-generation electrohydraulic solutions, including an innovative regenerative hydraulic machine designed to recover and reuse energy across the full four quadrants of motion, and a groundbreaking rare-earths-free electric machine offering a sustainable, high-performance alternative for demanding motion and energy applications.
