Andy Sussman is Forterra's commercial growth lead, focused on deploying autonomous vehicles in some of the world’s most challenging industrial environments including distribution centers, logistics hubs and manufacturing campuses. He works closely with Forterra's customers to bring advanced autonomous vehicle technology from controlled pilots into real-world operations. His role combines business development, commercial strategy, field operations and technical planning, giving him a unique perspective on scaling autonomous off-road solutions. Prior to Forterra, Sussman held roles at Embark Trucks and Voyage AV (acquired by Cruise), where he developed go-to-market strategies, executed autonomous vehicle pilots, and established ecosystem partnerships to enable autonomy. Before entering the industry, Sussman was a founding member of Deloitte Consulting's future of mobility practice where he worked with clients across transportation to prepare for autonomy and electrification of fleets. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
