Brad has been in the on/off-highway mobile equipment industry for 10 years, supporting electrical and software development across Caterpillar, Polaris, Rosenbauer and now JEM Technical. He started his career as a contractor working on-site with Caterpillar, designing harnesses and defining component placement on paving products. Then he worked for Polaris as an electrical systems engineer working on the ranger product platform. He honed his skills with exposure to high-volume manufacturing, and high-pace, off-road vehicle development. He also had the opportunity to use his skills in the design of the new control system for Rosenbauer’s LCS series of fire trucks in the USA.
