Brad Johnson has been in on/off highway mobile equipment industry for 10 years supporting electrical and software development across Caterpillar, Polaris, Rosenbauer and now JEM Technical. He started his career as a contractor working on site with Caterpillar designing harnesses and defining component placement on their paving products. Then he worked for Polaris as an electrical systems engineer working on their ranger product platform. He honed my skills with exposure to high volume manufacturing, high pace, off road vehicle development. He also had the opportunity to scale the skills he learned into designing the new control system for Rosenbauer’s series of fire trucks in the USA called LCS.
