Congmin Niu is the senior engineering manager – Hydraulic Systems and Components at Surface Haulage Business Unit, Komatsu Mining Technologies. Congmin has over 40 years of engineering experience. Over his engineering tenure, Congmin has held the position of hydraulic engineer, project engineer, director of systems development, manager of testing & analysis at various companies. Congmin obtained his bachelor’s degree from Fluid Power and Controls Program at Zhejiang University where hosts the Chinese State Key Laboratory of Fluid Power and Mechatronics Systems. Congmin has his master’s degree in Reliability Engineering from University of Maryland.
