Eric Holton, Ph.D., CPE, CSP, is manager of human factors engineering at CNH, with experience across agriculture and heavy equipment domains. His work focuses on ergonomics, human-machine interface (HMI) design, user experience (UX), task analysis, and operator-centered systems engineering. Dr. Holton’s research and development efforts span display and controls design, touch interaction, readability, and the evaluation of emerging technologies to improve usability, safety, and productivity in complex machine environments.
