Hatuey is an accomplished engineering leader with over 17 years of experience. He holds a BSc in engineering from Cameron University and an associates IT from T.A. Marryshow Community College. He began his career at Caterpillar, earning a patent for real-time oil aeration measurement and advising on PC-11 standards. Currently, Hatuey leads the global HMI controls team at CNH Industrial, developing vehicle operator controls for Case IH, New Holland and CE brands, with multiple HMI patents pending. He’s also an accredited director in transportation and energy.
