James Oftelie is a mechanical engineer and navy submarine service veteran with 30 years of experience in all aspects of the business of mobile fluid power hydraulics. He formed Aeration Measurement Technologies LLC to take an innovative technology long used in other industries, adapt it for use in mobile hydraulics and put it to work for his designer peers to remove the last big mystery in hydraulic system design: the problem of air contamination.
