John is the director of the Alliance for Clean Vehicle Technology (ACVT). He is a former technical content lead (18 years) and program manager for combat engine development at Academia Power. Now he runs a Tier 1 automotive trade group focused on clean vehicle regulation and policy, with active Capitol Hill engagement. John has a rare blend of military program experience, commercial propulsion expertise and regulatory/policy depth.
