With 15 years of experience as a software engineer specializing in embedded programming for off-highway machinery, Rafael has spent a significant portion of his career implementing and validating new efficiency solutions for mobile machinery systems. He has been part of the Bosch Engineering team since 2015 and is currently leading the software, systems, and application engineering departments at Bosch Rexroth in the United States.
