Rich has over 30 years of experience in the motion and control industry, having served in various roles including field sales, field applications, product management, operations and global business development. Rich started at Parker Hannifin in 1986 as a hydraulic sales trainee. He also spent eight years as a marketing director in the commercial vehicle industry prior to returning to Parker in 2022 to join the electrification growth team as a program manager. Rich has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.
