Simon is a staff engineer in the Danfoss Innovation & Development Group and is based at the Ames, Iowa, product development and manufacturing site. He has over 15 years of experience in off-highway vehicle systems engineering, focusing on advanced propel system development, powertrain architecture analysis and vehicle electrification. He is a member of the Danfoss eSolutions program, contributing strategic guidance and technical expertise for a new portfolio of system solutions for electrified machinery.
